    People are great. Just a small tims that's all we need. And there is a washrooms on Mel's of you need to go use it.

    Drive through is tough when things are busy, but that's an poor city planning issue, not one of the staff. Prompt, courteous and pleasant would be terms I could easily consider synonymous with the staff.. Truly enjoy going through or stopping in.. You will too.

    Burnt my bagel to a crisp... completely black. I saw them preparing it and asked if they could do another one. They told me it was toasted normally and if I wanted something else I could wait in line again

    Love most of the staff, very friendly :) only issue is it's a small location. But always enjoy stopping in! Great spot
